TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) -- A rare August weekend is underway with exceptionally low humidity for this time of the year.

It feels refreshing out this morning, but the sunshine warms temperatures quickly into the mid-90s this afternoon.

Although it will be hot the direct sunlight, the shade will be very comfortable with low humidity in place. A few clouds will build and there is a 10% chance of a quick, stray shower south of I-4 this afternoon and evening, but most areas will stay dry.

It will be another comfortable night but the humidity will slowly creep back in on Sunday. Temperatures will be hot once again with highs in the low to mid 90s and rain chances at a 20%, especially for a few showers north of I-4.

The humidity will really be noticeable again by Monday and as the moisture returns, so will rain chances.

Ernesto continues to move off to the north away from Bermuda today. Nothing is of immediate concern behind it for the time being.

Later into the month and early September, models hint at tropical development off the coast of Africa.
