TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) - After another chilly morning, temperatures climb quickly. Highs reach the low-mid 80s today with lots of sunshine, low humidity, and a cool breeze.

It won't be as cool tonight with lows in the mid-upper 60s. That's closer to average for mid October.

The weekend looks comfortable and mostly sunny. Highs should be in the mid 80s each afternoon with pleasant humidity. There's still a breeze from the northeast each day and just a 10% rain chance Sunday afternoon.

We could see a couple of showers Monday afternoon. The rain chance is just 20%, and the showers should be light and quick.

Highs remain near average through most of next week.

The two tropical waves should stay well to our south and have no impact on the state of Florida.
