TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) - It should be another comfortably warm day with highs in the mid-upper 80s. That's a few degrees below the average for today, which is 84 degrees. It will not be quite as gusty today as the past few days.

There's a tiny chance of a sprinkle during the afternoon today and tomorrow. The rain chance is just 10% for a light shower or two to spread across the state from the east coast.

We keep it mostly dry for the end of the work week, and there's just 10% rain chances through the weekend. A couple of spotty showers return to the forecast early next week.

Highs stay in the mid 80s for the next eight days. The next cold front is not expected until early next month.

Tropical Storm Oscar is pulling away from Cuba, and it's heading out into the Atlantic and away from Florida.
