TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) -- Morning low clouds and patchy fog will lift by mid-morning. A warmer day is in store with temps warming into the low 80s.

A few stray showers are possible this evening with a 30% rain chance.
Rain chances will stay low through Saturday evening. Temps will also be warm Saturday afternoon with a high near 80 degrees.

A weak cold front will come in and stall out overhead on Sunday. This will increase rain chances to a 40% for the second half of the weekend for scattered showers throughout the day.

Although humidity will drop slightly for Monday, temps will stay mild with highs in the mid-70s.

A series of cold fronts will come through to start the new year ushering in some very chilly air for the first few days of the year.
