TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) -- Temps warm to near average this afternoon with highs in the low 80s. Skies will be mostly sunny with low humidity still in place.

There is a low, 30% rain chance this evening for areas east of I-75.

Friday will feel similar with highs near 80 degrees and mostly dry conditions for much of the day. A cold front will approach in the evening from the north, increasing rain chances for a few isolated showers to move north to south through the evening and overnight hours.

The front will clear the entire area by Saturday morning leaving the weekend dry, and cooler. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70s and lows in the 50s and low 60s.

The 80s return next week but humidity will stay low and rain chances less than a 10% each day.
