TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — It’s a picture-perfect start to the week across the Tampa Bay area! Abundant sunshine, comfortable breezes, and gradually warming temperatures will dominate the extended forecast.
Today (Monday):
We’re kicking off the week with bright sunshine. Highs will top out near 82°, making it feel just right outside. Expect a light breeze and dry conditions throughout the day.

Tuesday & Wednesday:
Mornings stay cool in the mid-60s, but afternoon highs will again hover in the low 80s. Winds pick up slightly out of the west on Tuesday and turn northerly Wednesday, keeping things breezy at 10–15 mph. A 10% chance of a stray shower may sneak in Wednesday with a cold front, but most of us stay dry under partly sunny skies.
That cold front will bring one cool morning Thursday with temps in the 50s.

Late Week Warm-Up:
The real warming trend begins Thursday afternoon as winds shift and sunshine remains solid. Highs climb into the mid to upper 80s, with Friday reaching 88° under mostly sunny skies. Winds will ease up, making it feel even warmer by late week.

Weekend Outlook:
Break out the sunglasses and sunscreen — the weekend is shaping up to be summer-like without the humidity! Both Saturday and Sunday will feature highs in the upper 80s to near 90°, along with a mix of sun and clouds and dry conditions.
