TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) - For the second day in a row, we should hit 90 degrees this afternoon, which is a few degrees above average for early May.

During the afternoon, a few spotty showers develop and drift east of I-75. Overall the rain chance is 30%, but most of the rain will be concentrated in inland communities.

It's a similar day tomorrow with highs near 90 and a 30% chance of mainly inland showers and storms.
Rain chances drop to just 20% Wednesday and down to 10% Thursday.

A cold front approaches Friday and arrives Saturday. It will help bring back a few more showers.
Temperatures trend slightly cooler with the extra clouds, but it doesn't look like the front will sweep through to bring in cooler and drier air.
