TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) -- A cold start will give way to a gorgeous afternoon. Temperatures warm into the mid-70s under mostly sunny skies and dry conditions with lighter winds.

The weekend will be warmer with highs in the upper 70s to near 80 and largely dry, with the exception of the Nature Coast where more clouds will move in. Rain chances will be around 10% Saturday for Citrus and Hernando County.

More showers are possible north of I-4 Saturday night.
Sunday will also be largely dry until the evening. Showers will move in to the Nature Coast late in the afternoon as a cold front approaches. Scattered rain will slowly sink south through the evening and overnight hours.

More showers are possible Monday as the cold front passes through. Monday will be a cooler day with high sin the low 70s but it is a short lived cool down.

Mid 70s and low 80 return for the middle of next week.
